Mobile patrol in Gilroy
Security patrol in Gilroy for properties that sit empty after hours: marked cars arrive at times nobody can predict, try the doors and locks, check the gates and lot, and log each stop with the time.

Some buildings are busy all day and empty all night. A distribution building after the last trailer pulls out, a retail strip after closing, an office park on a Saturday. None of them needs an officer sitting at the door for twelve hours. They need someone who shows up, checks everything and leaves a record.
That is mobile patrol. Our officers drive marked vehicles and randomize their timing, so a visit can come at any hour. Each stop covers the doors and gates, the yard, docks and parking, and goes into the log with the time. After the walkthrough we’ll suggest a visit pattern that fits the property and its history.
Patrol pairs well with alarm response and remote video monitoring, and one route can cover several properties you manage around Gilroy, from warehouses to storage lots and mobile home parks.

Time-stamped visit logs, with photos of anything wrong.
A stop at a warehouse starts at the gate: is it locked, has the chain been touched, is the fence intact on either side? Then the officer drives or walks the yard, checks the dock doors and trailer seals, looks over the parking area and notes any lights that are out.
The stop ends with a log entry: the time, what was checked and anything out of place. If something is wrong, photos go with the incident report and the call list kicks in.
Most overnight trouble starts at a door someone forgot. On each stop the officer tries every exterior door by hand, checks that roll-up doors are down and padlocked and makes sure the gates are chained. A door found open is checked, secured, photographed and called in to the first name on your list.
Over a month, those notes show which entrances get missed most at closing. That is often the cheapest fix on the property: a new latch, or a closing checklist for staff.
Patrol is billed by the minute the officer spends on your property: $2 to $3 a minute, with a five-minute minimum on every stop. You choose how many stops a night and how long each one runs.
Picture a distribution building on the south end of town that sits empty after the last trailer leaves. Four randomized visits a night Friday through Sunday, plus two on each weeknight, works out to about 87 visits a month. At ten minutes a stop and $2.50 a minute, that’s about $2,175 a month. Every stop shows up in your timed log, so by morning you can see exactly when the doors and fence line were checked.
Time on site follows the work at each stop. A pass through the lot and a look at the gates fits inside the five-minute minimum. A full walk of the fence line, trying every dock door and checking trailer seals takes longer. Bigger yards, more buildings per stop and more visits each night raise the monthly figure, and properties close together on one route keep the stops efficient. We’ll suggest a visit pattern after the free walkthrough and put the monthly figure in a written quote.
